How do I apply to rent?

Will I sign a lease?


Yes, for most of our properties you will sign a 12 month lease that covers our responsibilities to each other throughout our tenancy. We will go over each part of the lease to ensure you understand it. After your application is accepted, your deposit is received, and your lease is signed, we'll hand you the keys to your home! 

How do I pay my rent?

The easiest way to pay your rent is to use our online system.  You can pay it manually every month or you can set it up to be paid automatically.

 

Do I get my deposit back?

Your security deposit is fully refundable.  However, any repairs or cleaning that still needs to be done after you have vacated will be deducted from your security deposit.  Take good care of your rental and you are more likely to get your whole security deposit back!

 

Who needs to submit an application?

Any person above the age of 18 who will be residing in the property will need to submit an application.

 

How much is the application fee?

The application fee is $55.00.

 

What if I have a criminal record?

You should contact the property manager of the property you are interested in before you apply.

 

Can I pay the deposit in payments?

No.  The security deposit must be paid in full at the time of the Move-In Inspection.

 

Who pays the utilities?

Most of the time the tenant is responsible for paying all utilities.
